​Classes will run from Thursday mornings, 8:30am – 10:00am (Pacific)​, June 4th – July 30, 2026 (no class July 2nd )

A zoom link for class will be sent to the email you have provided.

 

All Classes are held live on Zoom with recordings of every class available for participants within 24 hours after each session
