The first class is Sunday, Oct 1st, 9:00 - 10:30am (Pacific)

After your registration is complete, you will receive a Zoom link in a separate email and you can use that to gain access to the class when it begins.

 

All Classes are held live on Zoom with recordings of every class available for participants afterwards (for lifetime access.)
